摘　　要：高校食堂食品安全问题已经成为社会热点问题。高校必须将食品安全快速检测技术引入食堂管理,提升食品安全管理质量,避免食物中毒等问题的发生。本文以食品安全快速检测技术在高校食堂管理中的应用为研究主题,探索出了提升食品安全管理意识、完善食品安全管理制度、配备食品安全快速检测工具的具体措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。The problem of food safety in college canteens has become a hot issue in the society. Colleges and universities must respond to public questions with actions, introduce food safety rapid detection technology into cafeteria management, improve the quality of food safety management, and avoid the occurrence of food poisoning and other problems. This paper takes the application of food safety rapid detection technology in college canteen management as the research theme, explores the specific measures to enhance the awareness of food safety management, improves the food safety management system, and equips the food safety rapid detection tools, in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
