中国抗疫背景下基础教育教材建设的基本措施、主要经验与未来路向  

Basic Measure, Major Experience and Future Direction of Basic Education Teaching Material Construction in China Against the Backdrop of Covid-19 Pandemic

摘　　要：在疫情的冲击下,中国抗疫为基础教育教材建设带来了深刻变革。在此背景下,回顾与梳理中国基础教育教材建设面临的挑战以及采取的基本措施,总结中国基础教育教材建设在数字教材使用、教材运营服务、教材出版发行、教材内容修订、在线教材培训等方面形成的主要经验。基于此,后疫情时代中国基础教育教材建设的未来路向包括:简易化、智慧化成为数字教材建设的新方向;纸数联动教学模式成为教材使用的新常态;重大应急机制成为教材出版发行的新战略;重大主题教育文件成为教材编写的新指南;线下与线上相结合成为教材培训的新格局。China’s fighting against covid-19 pandemic has brought profound changes to the construction of basic education teaching material. Under this background, this article reviews and sorts out the challenges faced by the construction and basic measures and summarizes major experiences in the aspects of digital teaching material, teaching material operation, publishing, content revision, and online teaching material training. Based on this, this article predicts the future direction: simplification and intelligence become the new direction of digital teaching material construction, paper-digital-combined teaching mode becomes the new normal of teaching material, major emergency mechanism becomes the new strategy for teaching material publishing, major theme educational documents become guidelines for teaching material compilation, and the combination of offline and online becomes the new pattern for teaching material training.
