摘 要:校企合作是职业教育人才培养质量提升的内生动力,更是优化职业教育教学模式的有效措施,对区域经济社会发展具有重大意义。为践行“把学校办到高新区,把专业办在产业链上,把课堂搬到企业车间”的产教融合使命,认真研究区域产业,选择优质企业进行深度融合。恩施职业技术学院建设产业学院,开展了系列校企共建、共管、共育和共享的多维度育人模式探索与实践,总结出具有推广价值的校企协同育人模式。It is well-known that college-enterprise cooperation is the endogenous driving force to improve the quality of vocational education.Also,college-enterprise cooperation is an effective measure to optimize the teaching model of vocational education.Then,it is clear that college-enterprise cooperation could enhance regional economic and social development.In order to fulfill the mission of making colleges into a high-tech zone,it is necessary to put the major on the industrial chain and move the classroom to the workshop of the enterprise.Therefore,it is important to study regional industries,select high-quality enterprises for deep integration and build construction engineering institute.The aim is to carry out a series of co-construction,co-management and co-education.Meanwhile,it is essential to share multi-dimensional education model and summarize college-enterprise cooperative education model with promotional value.
