摘 要:培养人才是国家、民族长远发展的大计。加拿大天才儿童教育已有一定的历史,并取得了丰富经验。在天才儿童的选拔和培养方面,加拿大形成了公平、多元、全面的鉴别标准和规范化流程,构建了以加速制为主、多种教学模式为辅的培养体系。在管理体制上,加拿大以立法的形式鼓励学校开展教育新项目,允许学生灵活选择;通过相关政策为天才儿童教育提供经费保障;开展天才儿童教师培训,提高天才儿童教师的研究能力和专业水平。总体而言,加拿大天才儿童教育为其国家发展奠定了坚实的人才基础。Since the cultivation of talents is essential for the long-term development of the country and the nation,Canada has a certain history in the education of gifted children with rich experience in the cultivation of gifted children.In terms of the selection and training of gifted children,Canada has formed fair,diversified and comprehensive identification standards and standardized procedures,also built a training system based on accelerated system and supplemented by a variety of teaching modes.In terms of management system,Canada encourages schools to carry out new educational projects in the form of legislation,allowing students to choose flexibly,also provides financial support for the education of gifted children through relevant policies,so as to carry out training for teachers of gifted children and improve their research ability and professional level.In general,the education of gifted children in Canada has laid a solid talent foundation for the national development.
