摘  要:现阶段,我国中小学食品安全问题层出不穷。为进一步提高我国中小学生的身体健康成长水平,加强中小学食品安全处理力度,让学生可以吃得安心、吃得放心,需在中小学教育改革过程中,加强对食品卫生安全管理工作的执行力度,明确其中存在的不足之处,并制定出针对性的优化办法。基于此,本文从实际情况出发,阐述了中小学食品卫生安全管理现状,明确中小学食品卫生安全问题产生原因,并针对性提出中小学食品卫生安全管理的优化策略,希望能为中小学的食品卫生安全管理工作提供支持与帮助。At the present stage,China’s primary and secondary school food safety problems emerge in endlessly.In order to further improve the level of healthy growth of primary and middle school students,strengthen food safety of primary and secondary schools,let students can eat,eat at ease,need in the process of primary and secondary school education reform,strengthen the execution of food hygiene safety management,clear the shortcomings,and develop targeted optimization method.Based on this,starting from the actual situation,this paper expounds the current situation of food hygiene and safety management in primary and secondary schools,clarifies the causes of food hygiene and safety problems in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward the optimization strategy of food hygiene and safety management in primary and secondary schools,hoping to provide support and help for the food hygiene and safety management in primary and secondary schools.
