摘　　要：针对当前高职院校思政课实践教学与思政课课堂教学脱节、过于简单化、缺乏实效性等现状,整体性构建高职院校思政课实践教学“4441模式”并实施,有利于解决思政课实践教学中系列问题,更好地培育新时代技能型人才所需的思政素养:即坚持“四融”原则,更新高职院校思政课实践教学理念;落实“四化”标准,规范高职院校思政课实践教学运行;强化“四体”措施,保障高职院校思政课实践教学实效;围绕“一中心”目标,明确高职院校思政课实践教学导向。In view of the current situation that the practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is divorced from the classroom teaching of ideological and political courses,too formalized and lack of effectiveness,the“4441 Mode”of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is constructed and implemented as a whole to solving a series of problems in practical teaching of ideological and political courses and better cultivating the ideological and political literacy and ability required by skilled talents:that is,adhere to the“four integrations”principle,and update the concept of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges;implement the“four modernizations”standard and standardize the operation of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges;strengthening the“four systems”measures to ensure the effectiveness of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is conducive;centering on the goal of“one center”,clarify the guidance of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.
