摘 要:目的探讨问题式教学法(PBL)+案例教学法(CBL)+以循证医学为基础的教学法(EBL)教学模式在血液科护生实习带教的应用。方法选取2020年9月—2020年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院血液科参加实习的护生70名,用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各35名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,试验组采用PBL+CBL+EBL教学模式,比较2组护生的考试成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度。结果试验组护生的理论考试、操作技能、护理文书成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组护生自主学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组护生对教学工作的满意度为97.14%(34/35)高于对照组的80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05)。结论PBL+CBL+EBL教学模式在血液科临床护理教学的效果显著,不仅能够提升护生的考试成绩,还能提升护生自主学习的能力和满意度。Objective To explore the application of PBL+CBL+EBL teaching model in practice teaching for nursing students in the department of hematology.Methods A total of 70 nursing students who participated in the internship in the department of hematology in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from September to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method,with 35 students in each.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopted PBL+CBL+EBL teaching model.The test scores,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students was compared.Results The scores of theoretical examinations,operational skills,and nursing documents of the experimental group of nursing students were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-learning ability of the nursing students of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL+CBL+EBL teaching model has a significant effect in clinical nursing teaching in the department of hematology.It cannot only improve the test scores of nursing students,but also improve the ability and satisfaction of nursing students to learn independently.
