食品微生物检验培养基质量控制路径探析

摘　　要：在食品微生物的检验过程中,使用的检验培养基质量情况对其检验结果具有直接的作用和影响,会阻碍检测的准确性。对培养基进行质量控制,是提高食品微生物检验质量的关键点之一。基于此,本文对食品微生物检验培养基质量控制路径进行了探析,概述了食品微生物检验培养基质量控制的意义及标准,从采购、配置、验收环节等多个角度提出食品微生物检验培养基质量的控制方式,结合理论实际,针对食品微生物检验,建立切实有效的质量控制程序,充分完善各项质量控制措施。In the process of food microorganism inspection,the quality of the inspection medium used has a direct effect and influence on the inspection results,which will hinder the accuracy of the inspection.The quality control of culture medium is one of the key points to improve the quality of food microbiological inspection.Based on this,this paper analyzes the quality control path of food microbiological inspection medium,summarizes the significance and standards of the quality control of the food microbiological inspection medium,puts forward the control methods of the quality of the food microbiological inspection medium from the aspects of purchase,configuration and acceptance,and combines the theory and practice,establishes effective quality control procedures for the food microbiological inspection,and fully improves various quality control measures.
