摘  要:知识是人类社会发展必不可少的元素,更是教育发展无法回避的关键要素。基础教育是提高民族素质的奠基工程,提高基础教育质量,建设高质量基础教育体系,已成为中国教育的战略性任务。新时代教育变革背景下,关注基础教育高质量发展与中国特色教育学知识体系,提升基础教育教师教育理论知识水平,助力基础教育高质量发展迈出更加坚实的步伐,推进基础教育贡献中国智慧,既是中国教育的一个环节,也是对国家教育强国、中国教育自主知识体系构建的积极探索与回应。中国特色教育学知识体系赋能新时代基础教育高质量发展包括四个方面:知识介入是中国特色教育学知识体系赋能基础教育高质量发展的自觉,知识创造是中国特色教育学知识体系赋能基础教育高质量发展的自信,知识载体是中国特色教育学知识体系赋能基础教育高质量发展的进路,知识转慧是中国特色教育学知识体系赋能基础教育高质量发展的自主。高质量基础教育体系建设和发展要充分彰显中国特色教育学知识体系的贡献。Knowledge is not only an essential element for the development of human society,but also an unavoidable key element for the development of education.Basic education is a foundation project to improve the national quality.Improving the quality of basic education and building a high quality basic education system have become strategic tasks of Chinese education.Under the background of educational reform in the new era,we should pay attention to the development of high-quality basic education and the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics,improve the theoretical knowledge level of basic education teachers,take more solid steps in the high-quality development of basic education,promote basic education to contribute Chinese wisdom,which is not only a link of Chinese education,but also a positive exploration and response to the construction of a powerful national education and independent knowledge system in Chinese education.How can the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics enable the development of high quality basic education contains four aspects:knowledge involvement is the self-conscious development of the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics to enable high quality basic education;knowledge creation is the self-confidence of the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics to enable the development of high quality basic education;knowledge carrier is the development path of the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics to enable high quality basic education;and transforming knowledge into wisdom is the independent development of high quality basic education enabled by the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics.The contribution of the knowledge system of pedagogy with Chinese characteristics should be fully demonstrated in the construction and development of high quality basic education system.
