摘 要:教育家精神是教师职业精神的凝练与升华,是培育“大国良师”和落实国家强师战略的重要精神支柱和引导力量。教育家精神蕴含了教育家服务家国的教育使命、仁爱高尚的教育情怀、树人为本的教育理念和变革创新的教育行动,具有理想性、国家性和人民性特质。教育家精神融入高校教师教育全过程遵循情感逻辑、实践逻辑和知识逻辑,具有强化未来教师立德树人能力、助力教育家型教师培养、增强未来教师多维领导力等多重功能。立足教育家精神融入的逻辑与功能等,有必要从目标、动力、内容和载体等多个维度尝试构建教育家精神融入高校教师教育的可能模式。Served as the condensation and distillation of the teacher’s professionalism,educator spirit is the spiritual force and backbone for cultivating“great national teacher”and implementing teacher enhancement strategy.Educator spirit contains the educational mission of serving the country,the benevolent and noble educational sentiments,the people-oriented educational philosophy and innovative educational actions,which possesses the characteristics of ideality,nationality and affinity to the people simultaneously.The Integration of educator spirit into teacher education is supposed to follow emotional,practical and knowledge logic all the way.Furthermore,it has multiple functions,such as strengthening teacher’s ability to establish morality and cultivate talents,helping teacher upgrade to educator,and enhancing teacher’s multidimensional capability in leadership.Based on the logic and function of educator’s spirit integration,it is necessary to construct an available model for such integration from multiple dimensions such as goals,motivation,contents,and carriers.
