摘　　要：在中华五千年的历史上,有着数不胜数的珍馐美馔。随着时间的流逝,许多遗留在历史的轨迹当中,而那些历经岁月沉淀留存至今的,已不单单是一个菜系的代名词,其背后承载着更多的历史意义和文化内涵。作为鲁菜的重要流派之一,孔府菜因凝聚着儒家文化特色和底蕴而备受瞩目。走进位于济南市的山东省兰儒孔膳文化研究院,在筵席间传礼,在唇齿间留味,在一味一食中,你可以感受到儒家文化的博大精深。AS a representative of the Shandong cuisine-one of China's four major cuisines,the Kong family cuisine has attracted extensive attention because of embodying the characteristics and deposits of Confucian culture.It can date back to.272 BC.The members of the Kong family accumulated rich cooking experience,invented a variety of famous dishes,and developed precious and elegant official dishes with unique flavors by 1earning from successful experience and making continuous innovations.In 2011,the culinary art of the Kong.family cuisine was inscribed on the list of the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage items.
