摘  要:在全面建成社会主义现代化强国的新征程上,高层次应用型人才的培养直接关系着经济社会的高质量发展。但目前,高层次应用型人才培养存在实施主体不明确、人才供给能力不足、人才培养模式趋同、与职业技能等级证书衔接不畅等问题。专业学位研究生可以作为职业教育高层次应用型人才培养的主阵地,在储备创新人才、畅通学历渠道和明确功能定位等方面具有重要价值,并在政策、理论和实践层面奠定了良好的基础。进入新的发展阶段,通过明确专业学位授权单位、纳入现代职业教育体系、以双导师队伍建设为抓手和推进与职业技能等级证书的衔接,推动专业学位研究生教育以培养高质量的高层次应用型人才。On the new journey of building a powerful socialist modern country,the cultivation of high-level applied talents is directly related to the high-quality development of economic society.However,there are some problems in the cultivation of high-level applied talents,such as unclear implementation subject,insufficient talent supply ability,the convergence of talent cultivation mode,and poor connection with vocational skill level certificate.As the main position of training high-level applied talents in vocational education,professional degree graduates are of great value in reserving innovative talents,unblocking the educational channels and defining the function orientation,and has laid a good foundation at the policy,theory and practical levels.Entering a new stage of development,we promote professional degree graduate education to cultivate high-quality high-level application-oriented talents by clarifying the authorized units of professional degrees,incorporating into the modern vocational education system,taking the construction of a team of dual tutors as the main task and promoting the connection with vocational skill level certificates.
