摘　　要：在优质农村教师教育课程资源相对匮乏背景下,课程设计研究显得十分重要。本研究在阅读50余篇国外相关文献、分析北美及其他地区国家案例的基础上,概括出其课程结构要素图,并对各要素的内涵特征进行了解读,同时提供了三种类型的完整课程案例。研究发现:在课程要素方面,不同国家、地区的农远教师教育课程的形式结构虽略有差异,但都包含了目标、内容、资源、活动、评价、服务等要素,同时每一门课程的发展都有其理论基础和适用的社会情境。在课程特征方面,国外优质的农远教师教育课程设计多以社会建构主义、人本主义教育理论、社会文化理论等为指导,兼顾学习者中心和问题中心的课程设计取向。在课程类型方面,各种农村远程教师教育课程可以概括为三种类型,即运用于教育的技术课程、融入技术的教育类课程以及融入技术的专业课程。这些经验和做法可以为我国设计增强农村教师职业认同和乡村教育情怀的文化类课程和提升乡村教师的自我造血功能的个性化课程等提供更加多元的参照视角。Considering the fact that the resources of high-quality rural teacher education curriculum is apparently needed,curriculum design research appears to be very important in China.On the basis of reviewing more than 50 relevant foreign literatures and analyzing the cases of North America countries and those of the others,a diagram of learner-centered rural teacher education curriculum structure was constructed,and its elements and characteristics were explained.Meanwhile,two foreign cases of rural teacher education curriculum design are provided.It is found that the high-quality curriculum design of distance education for rural teachers in foreign countries takes into account both learner-centered and social-centered orientations,and were mostly guided by humanistic education theories,social cultural theories,etc.The design of each component of the curriculum demonstrates culture-oriented,demand-oriented,curriculum integration and active learning.It can provide references for the development and optimization of curriculum resources of distance education for rural teachers in China.
