摘 要:“食品质量与安全”是青海大学食品科学与工程专业的核心课程,蕴含丰富的思政元素。在我国高校课程思政背景下,从重塑课程教学目标、提升教师课程思政意识和能力、挖掘课程思政元素、创新思政元素融入载体及注重思政成效考核5个方面讨论开展课程思政的途径,并设计课程实施思政教育的教学过程,旨在建立“食品质量与安全”课程思政教学体系,在教学过程中实现立德树人的根本教学任务。“Food Quality and Safety”is the core course of food science and engineering major of Qinghai University,which contains rich ideological and political elements.Under the background of curriculum education in colleges and universities,discuss the ways of carrying out ideological and political curriculum from five aspects:reconstructing the teaching objectives of the curriculum,improving teachers’ideological and political consciousness and ability,mining ideological and political elements of the curriculum,innovating the carrier of ideological and political elements,and paying attention to the evaluation of ideological and political effectiveness.The teaching process of ideological and political education is designed.It aims to establish the ideological and political teaching system of“Food Quality and Safety”,and to realize the fundamental teaching task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in the teaching process.
