摘  要:职业教育师资培养是影响职业教育质量的关键因素。德国职业教育享誉全世界,拥有优异的职教师资培养模式。回顾德国职教师资培养模式的演进历程,可以划分为中世纪时期、工业化进程时期与现代进阶时期三个阶段,每个阶段不同的师资培养模式皆呈现出独特的时代价值。经过多个世纪众多版本的更迭发展,德国职教师资培养逐渐实现专业化,其推陈出新、贴合时代、多元共生的发展趋势及规律能为我国职业教育师资培训改革提供经验与启示。Vocational education teacher training is the key factor affecting the quality of vocational education.Excellent training mode of vocational teachers is deemed one of the important reasons for German vocational education to be famous all over the world.The evolution of German vocational education teacher training model can be divided into three stages:the medieval period,industrialization process period and modern advanced period.Each stage of different teacher training model presents a unique time value.Through the development and upgrading in the past centuries,German vocational education teacher training has gradually become specialized and professional.Its development trend and law:innovation,fitting the times and multi-symbiosis,can provide experience and enlightenment for the reform of vocational education teacher training in China.
