摘 要:地质类专业的“艰苦”特点、行业的持续发展、学生就业的现实需要都要求加强劳动教育。现阶段地质类“艰苦”专业高职学生的劳动教育内容浮于表面,未能形成完善的教育体系。文章指出了地质类“艰苦”专业高职学生劳动教育的必要性与存在的问题,并构建了包含目标体系、保障体系、实施体系和评价体系等“四位一体”的劳动教育体系。该劳动教育体系坚持高职院校、学生家庭、地质企业及所在社区协同育人,能有效提升高职学生的劳动素养与劳动技能,对高职院校培养高素质高技能的地质行业人才具有一定的借鉴价值。The hardship of geological studies,the sustained development of geological industry and the status quo of students’employment all demand strengthened work skills teaching.At present,the content of work skills teaching for higher vocational students involved in geological specialty studies which feature“hardship”is still superficial and thus has not formed a complete system.This paper points out the necessity of work skills teaching for these students as well as the existent problems in this regard and is intended to construct a“four-in-one”work skills teaching system which includes the objectives system,guarantee system,implementation system and evaluation system.Such a system insists on cooperative education which engages higher vocational colleges,students’families,geological enterprises and the local communities,which can promote students’work skills and qualities more effectively.This approach is believed to offer reference for vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality talented personnel engaged in geological industry.
