摘 要:师德践行能力是教师职业能力的重要内容,也是师范专业认证背景下师范生的必备能力。加强乡村定向师范生的师德践行能力能够确保其培养质量,促进其专业成长,有助于推动乡村教育高质量发展。运用调查法和访谈法,对湖南省四所师范院校乡村定向师范生的师德践行能力培养状况实施调查。结果显示,当前乡村定向师范生的师德践行能力培养还存在师德教育课程实施效果不佳、师德教育相关活动较少、乡村教育实践体验不多以及师德考核评价固化单一等现实问题。乡村定向师范生的师德践行能力培养需紧扣新时代师德师风要求,师范院校应通过课程育人、活动熏陶、寻根体验及考核评价等举措提高乡村定向师范生的师德践行能力,促使他们真正将师德规范内化于心,外化于行。The ability to practice teachers’work ethics is an important part of teachers’professional ability and necessary ability for teaching majors under the background of the certification of teaching major.Strengthening the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors can ensure the cultivation quality of these students,promote their professional growth,and help promote the high-quality development of rural education.The cultivation of the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors in four normal colleges and universities in Hunan Province is investigated by survey and interview.The results show that there are still some practical problems in the cultivation of the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors,such as the poor implementation effect of the curriculum of teachers’work ethics education,the lack of activities related to teachers’work ethics education,the lack of rural education practice experience,and the single and fixed evaluation on teachers’work ethics.The cultivation of the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors should closely follow the requirements of teachers’work ethics in the new era.Normal colleges and universities should improve the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors by cultivating people through curriculums,influencing them through activities,root-seeking experience,and assessment and evaluation,so as to promote the ability to practice teachers’work ethics of targeted rural teaching majors and make them truly internalize the norms of teachers’work ethics in their hearts and externalize them in their actions.
