摘 要:新时代应用型本科院校促进劳动教育与专业教育融合,是契合建设高质量高等教育体系的新战略,是提升应用型本科院校教育质量的新基点,是加速我国经济产业转型的重要举措,对促进大学生综合素质发展具有良好的导向作用。研究发现,当前应用型本科院校劳动教育与专业教育的融合过程中,面临着建设要求与学生发展的内生需求相脱节、融合内在逻辑混乱及融合预期效果不佳等诸多问题,其原因在于融合缺乏必要的机制支撑、融合过程缺乏科学性的宏观指导、融合观念淡漠、重视程度不高、融合资源缺乏系统性的统筹规划。针对以上问题提出解决路径:探索一套彰显自身特色的融合机制;加快融合课程体系的改革进程,不断丰富融合课程内容;以劳动教育为基础,优化融合资源;坚持发展和完善产教融合机制,促进劳动教育与产教融合机制协调发展;建立以大数据为支撑的管理平台和创新融合评价机制。Integration of labor education with professional education in application-oriented colleges and universities is a new strategy for the construction of a high-quality higher education system,a new basis for improving the quality of education in application-oriented colleges and universities,an important measure to accelerate the transformation of China's economy and industry,and a guideline for the comprehensive quality development of college students.Nonetheless,following problems are found in current integration:disconnection between construction requirements and the endogenous needs of student development;confusion in integration logic,and unsatisfactory integration outcomes,etc.,all of which are owing to the absence of systematic support,scientific guidance,integration intention,emphasis on integration and systematic planning of integration resources.Solutions proposed are as follows:a set of integration mechanisms should be established;reform for integration curriculum should be accelerated;contents of integration should be enriched;integration resources based on labor education should be optimized;the integration mechanism between industry and education should be optimized to promote the coordinated development of labor education and the integration mechanism between industry and education;and establish a management platform supported by big data and set up an innovation integration evaluation mechanism.
