摘 要:新时期全面推进现代学徒制是确保人才培养满足经济社会发展的需要,是落实国家战略部署和有关政策要求的需要,是促进高等职业教育高质量发展的需要,是探索具有中国特色人才培养模式的需要。针对当前全面推进现代学徒制面临的企业参与程度不深、日常管理机制不畅、教师综合素质不高、评价体系科学性不足、改革特色不够凸显等困境,有针对性地构建了高职院校中药专业“三阶递进、工学交替、双元育人”现代学徒制人才培养模式。该模式体现了协同育人理念、完善了文化融合制度、深化了校企合作发展方式、形成了长效运行机制,其实践路径为加强标准体系建设、实行招生招工一体化、开展“双导师”育人、丰富教育教学资源、压实做细工学交替、加强教育教学管理、组织开展动态评价。The comprehensive promotion of the modern apprenticeship system in the new era is to ensure that talent cultivation meets the needs of economic and social development,to implement national strategic arrangements and relevant policy requirements,to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and to explore talent cultivation models with Chinese characteristics.In response to the challenges faced by the current comprehensive promotion of the modern apprenticeship system,such as insufficient participation by enterprises,ineffective daily management mechanisms,low comprehensive quality of teachers,lack of objectivity in evaluation systems,and insufficient highlighting of reform characteristics,a targeted modern apprenticeship talent training model of"three-stage progression,engineering learning alternation,and dual education"has been constructed in higher vocational colleges.This model fully embodies the concept of collaborative education,improves the system of cultural integration,deepens the cooperation and development between schools and enterprises,and forms a long-term operating mechanism.The practical paths are to strengthen the construction of standard systems,implement the integration of enrollment and recruitment,carry out"double mentor"education,enrich educational and teaching resources,compact the alternation of fine work and learning,strengthen educational and teaching management,and organize the dynamic evaluation.
