劳动教育视角下高职院校学生志愿服务育人功能实现路径研究

摘　　要：志愿服务是高职院校开展大学生劳动教育的重要育人实践载体,新时代劳动教育视角下研究大学生志愿服务劳动育人功能,有利于厚植和涵养大学生社会主义核心价值观、提升大学生专业知识水平和实践能力、强化大学生劳动能力和塑造劳动品质、培育大学生社会责任感。当前高职院校志愿服务尚未发展成熟,面临育人理念薄弱、内涵不足、机制不完善等困境,因此,高职院校要把准志愿服务育人功能,构建志愿服务管理体系、打造志愿服务特色项目、建立志愿服务长效机制,充分发挥志愿服育人功能,提升对大学生劳动教育的实效。Voluntary service is an important practical carrier of education for college students in vocational colleges.The study of the educational function of volunteer service from the perspective of labor education in the new era is conducive to strengthening the socialist core values of college students,to improve their professional knowledge level and practical ability,to strengthen their labor ability and shape the quality of labor and to cultivate their sense of social responsibilities.Now,volunteer service in higher vocational colleges has not yet developed mature,and it meets some problems such as:dilemma of weak education concept,insufficient connotation and imperfect mechanism.In this way,higher vocational colleges should understand the function of volunteer service and education,construct the volunteer service management system,create the characteristic project of volunteer service,establish the long-term mechanism of volunteer service,give full play to the volunteer service education function and improve the actual effect of labor education.
