摘  要:病例分析法作为一种新式的教学方法,在教学过程中注重以学生为主体,结合具体病例展开教学。充分发挥病例分析法的作用,既能促进理论和实践的有机结合,还能培养学生的临床思维能力和观察能力,进而大大提升教学质量。近年来,重症医学作为一门新兴的学科,逐步演变成了临床医学二级学科,如何开展重症医学教学一直是临床教学的热点问题。因此,文章从病例分析法在重症医学教学中应用的重要意义角度入手,分析教学计划、内容和具体实施,从而指出病例分析法在重症医学教学中应用需要注重的问题,以求为相关的研究奠定坚实的基础。Case analysis method,as a new teaching method,focuses on student-centered teaching and combines specific cases to carry out teaching.Fully utilizing the role of case analysis can not only promote the organic integration of theory and practice,but also cultivate students' clinical thinking and observation abilities,thereby greatly improving the quality of teaching.In recent years,critical care medicine,as an emerging discipline,has gradually evolved into a secondary discipline in clinical medicine.How to carry out teaching in critical care medicine has always been a hot topic in clinical teaching.Therefore,this article starts from the important significance of the application of case analysis method in critical care medicine teaching,analyzes the teaching plan,content,and specific implementation,and points out the issues that need to be paid attention to in the application of case analysis method in critical care medicine teaching,in order to lay a solid foundation for related research.
