摘 要:目的探讨模拟病房联合教师标准化病人在临床医学本科生见习课教学中的应用效果。初探医学院校非直属教学单位模拟病房建立的模式。方法选取2022年3—8月在德阳市人民医院完成妇产科理论课授课的40名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统模式进行见习教学,试验组采用模拟病房联合教师标准化病人见习教学模式,见习结束后对两组学生进行理论考试(包括理论、临床思维和人文沟通)和教学反馈问卷调查作为评价。结果试验组的考核得分总分显著高于对照组,其中案例分析部分和人文沟通部分得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示试验组学生对该教学模式的满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在医学生本科见习教学中进行模拟病房联合教师标准化病人的模式可以有效提高学生的见习效果,提高学生临床分析思维及人文沟通能力。但是如何构建仿真度高,让学生满意的模拟病房是值得进一步探讨的问题。Objective To explore the effect of simulated Ward combined with teacher standardized patient teaching method in the clinic probation of undergraduate students.To find the way of establishing simulated ward in non-direct teaching units of medical colleges.Methods A total of 40 clinical undergraduates who had completed the theoretical courses of obstetrics and gynecology in Deyang People's Hospital from March to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group randomly.The traditional model of probation teaching was used in the control group,and the model of simulated ward combined with teacher standardized patient probation teaching was used in the experimental group.After all the program,students were evaluated by examination(including theory,clinical thinking,humanity)and survey of teaching feedback.Results The scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,especially in the scores of case analysis and humanities communication,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of simulated ward combined with teacher standardized patient in the clinic probation teaching of undergraduates can effectively promote the teaching effect,especially in the clinic thinking and humanity.How to construct a simulated ward with high imitation degree and student satisfaction is worth further discussion.
