摘  要:学校课程实施效果直接决定义务教育的质量,构建科学有效的课程实施效果测评模型将为提升学校课程实施效果提供重要基础。本研究从学校组织层面构建课程实施测评的新路径,从厘清学校课程实施及其效果内涵入手,在理论研究和实地验证的基础上初步构建测评指标体系,通过大规模调研创建了学校课程实施效果测评量表与模型。该测评模型包含课程实施主体改变、课程实体改变和课程实施条件改变3个一级指标和10个二级指标。运用该测评模型选取5个国家基础教育课程改革示范区内的56所城市、县城和乡村学校,共抽取3197个样本数据进行分析,初步验证了测评模型的有效性和可信度。The effect of school curriculum implementation directly determines the quality of compulsory education,and therefore to construct a scientific and effective evaluation tool can provide an important foundation for improving the curriculum implementation effect.Most of the previous researches of evaluation of curriculum implementation in our country continue the western research tradition which focus on the teacher's curriculum implementation without considering the local Chinese educational and cultural context.The current research propose a new research approach to construct an evaluation model for curriculum implementation effect at the organizational level of school.Starting from clarifying the connotation of school curriculum implementation and its effects,the current study preliminarily establishes the evaluation indicators system based on the theoretical and field research,and the evaluation scale of school curriculum implementation effect and an evaluation model are also constructed through large-scale quantitative research.The evaluation model contains 3 first-level indicators which are the change of the subjects of curriculum implementation、the change of curriculum the change of curriculum implementation conditions and 10 second-level indicators.The applicability and credibility of the evaluation model for curriculum implementation effect is verified through preliminary overall analysis by selecting 3197 samples from 56 schools including urban、county and rural schools in 5 national demonstration areas of basic education curriculum reform.
