摘　　要：应用型高校建设与本科教育,都是当前科教兴国战略中的重要组成部分。从应用型高校和本科辅导员角度出发,分析近年应用型高校发展现状和本科学生辅导员的角色定位与特点,结合食品类专业特点探究辅导员的角色突破路径。The construction of applied colleges and universities and undergraduate education are both important parts of the current national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.From the point of view of applied universities and undergraduate counselors,this study analyzes the current situation of the development of applied universities and the role orientation and characteristics of undergraduate student counselors in recent years,and explores the role breakthrough path of counselors combined with the characteristics of food specialty.
