摘 要:教师的个性特质潜移默化地影响着受教育者的精神世界,影响着教育的成败。文章采取文献研究、焦点小组讨论、专家论证等研究方法,对17个省市中小学教师水平评价标准中的个性特质及影响力指标进行比较研究,并以人力资源管理理论中的素质选拔模型理论为指导,构建中小学教师个性特质及影响力评价模型。该评价体系重点关注“诚信正直、敬业负责、学生导向、关注细节、自控能力”等个性特质和“影响力、团队管理能力”等影响力指标的内涵及关键行为,并从对标评价体系等方面对中小学教师个性特质及影响力塑造提出建议。The personality traits of teachers have a subtle impact on the spiritual world of the educated,affecting the success or failure of education.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,Focus group discussion,expert argumentation,etc.,and conducts a comparative study of the personality traits and influence indicators in the evaluation standards for the level of primary and secondary school teachers in 17 provinces and cities.Guided by the quality selection model theory in the human resource management theory,this paper constructs an evaluation model for the personality traits and influence of primary and secondary school teachers.This evaluation system focuses on the connotation and key behaviors of personality traits such as"integrity,professionalism,student orientation,attention to details,self-control ability"and influence indicators such as"influence,team management ability".Suggestions are also made for the personality traits and influence shaping of primary and secondary school teachers from aspects such as benchmarking evaluation system.
