摘  要:体外模拟胃肠道消化,分析刺玫果提取物的生物活性成分含量,并研究其抗氧化活性。结果表明:刺玫果提取物的生物活性成分有黄酮、多糖、多酚、氨基酸、原花青素、有机酸、抗坏血酸和花青素,其中多糖含量最多,其次为原花青素,而花青素含量最少。体外模拟消化过程得出,口腔消化液、胃消化液、肠消化液、肠透析液及刺玫果提取液对·OH、ABTS^(+)·及·O^(-)_(2)的清除能力变化趋势相似,均随着样品液体积的增加而增加,其中口腔消化液和胃消化液的抗氧化能力较强。Gastrointestinal digestion was simulated in vitro,and the bioactive component content and antioxidant activity of Rosa davurica Pall.extract was studied.The results showed that the bioactive components of Rosa davurica Pall.extract included flavonoids,polysaccharides,polyphenols,amino acids,proanthocyanidins,organic acids,ascorbic acids and anthocyanidins.Among them,the content of polysaccharides was the highest,followed by proanthocyanidins,and the content of anthocyanidin was the lowest.In vitro simulated digestion process showed that the scavenging ability of oral digestive fluid,gastric digestive fluid,intestinal digestive fluid,intestinal dialysate,and Rosa davurica Pall.extract to·OH,ABTS^(+)·and·O^(-)_(2)showed similar trends,all increasing with the increase of sample volume.Among them,the oral digestive fluid and gastric digestive fluid had the stronger antioxidant ability.
