摘  要:目的:对比讲授式教学与启发式教学对心血管内科实习医生的教学效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月河池市第一人民医院心血管内科的80名实习医生为观察对象,按教学方式分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组采用讲授式教学,观察组采用启发式教学。比较两组综合能力、依从性、满意度。结果:观察组临床诊疗思维能力、理论知识掌握水平、与他人的沟通协调能力、自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组对教学模式的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组带教老师对实习医生学习效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:启发式教学模式教学效果及满意度优于讲授式教学模式。Objective:To compare the teaching effect of lecture teaching and heuristic teaching on interns of cardiovascular medicine.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2022,eighty interns from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Hechi First People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the teaching method,with forty students in each group.The control group adopted lecture teaching,and the observation group adopted heuristic teaching.The comprehensive ability,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,theoretical knowledge mastery level,communication and coordination ability with others,and self-learning ability scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The total satisfaction with the teaching mode of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The effect satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:The teaching effect and satisfaction of the heuristic teaching mode is better than that of the lecture teaching mode.
