摘 要:现代学徒制具有双主体性,学生也具有双重身份,如何做好“育人”这项工作需要更多的思考和实践。课程体系的建立和课程的实施是落实人才培养方案的核心,从岗位中梳理核心能力,从学生的未来发展梳理拓展能力,再设置相应的课程支撑能力的培养。具体到各门课程,要从实际岗位中结合岗位的发展变化选择真实的项目作为教学内容。组建校、行、企师资队伍,并对师资提出较高的选拔准入条件,不仅保障课程内容的顺利开展,也为课程思政实施提供有效保障。再次,在充分分析学情的基础上探索适应学徒制教学的教学方式,比如更加灵活地运用生生教学辅助师生教学、更多采用实操考核来评价学习成效等。在课程实施过程中,结合学徒制学生学情和课程特点,采用“主辅双元素、校企双师资、内外双融合”的模式开展课程思政建设,为学生对课程思政元素从认知、内化,到行动提供了具体的实施方案。The modern apprenticeship system has dual subjects,and apprentice students also have dual identities.More exploration and practice are necessary for the cultivation of apprentice students.The establishment of the curriculum system and the implementation of each course are the key to talent cultivation.The core competence of each post is sorted out of the post itself,and the development potential is sorted out from the future development of apprentice students.Corresponding courses should be set up to support the cultivation of such abilities and competence.In specific courses,real projects from actual position and the development of actual position should be selected as teaching content.The teaching staff should be selected from colleges,industries and enterprises with high standards,to ensure not only the successful implementation of apprenticeship courses,but also provide effective guarantee for the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics.Thirdly,teaching modes suitable for apprenticeship should be explored on the basis of thorough analysis of learning situation.For instance,student-student teaching can be adopted to assist teacher-student teaching,and practice-based assessments can be employed to evaluate learning effects.In the implementation of apprenticeship courses,the ideological and political elements can be embedded into apprenticeship courses by adopting the mode of “main-and-auxiliary dual elements,school-and-enterprise dual teachers,and internal-and-external dual integration”,which provides concrete and implementable schemes for students to realize and internalize the ideological and political elements of the course and take actions.
