摘 要:借鉴柯氏模型理论,从学员反应、学习效果、行为改变和产生效果四个层次分析了高职教学质量评估存在的问题。以常州信息职业技术学院专业群建设为例,在学员反应层引入专业体系架构视角,关注整体知识观思维;在学习效果层设计了包含学生、教学规范、课堂教学督导的多元化评价考核指标;在行为改变层引入后续课程评价方式,设计指标评估前导课程的应用能力;在产生效果层遴选高职教学质量相关成果指标作为评估依据。以终为始,力图对高职教学质量效果进行全面、科学的评价,为促进教育教学改革、提升高职课堂教学质量提供行动参考。Based on Kirkpatrick Model theory,the problems existing in teaching quality evaluation of higher vocational colleges are analyzed from learners'reaction,learning effect,behavior change and corresponding result.Taking the construction of specialty groups in Changzhou College of Information Technology as an example,the perspective of professional system architecture is introduced in the learners'reaction layer,which focuses on overall knowledge thinking;in the learning effect layer,diversified assessment indexes including students,teaching norms,and classroom teaching supervision are designed;in the behavior change layer,the subsequent course evaluation method is introduced and indexes are designed to evaluate the application ability of the previous courses;in the corresponding result layer,the indicators related to the teaching quality of higher vocational education are selected as the basis for evaluation.We try to make a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the teaching quality and provide a reference for promoting teaching reform and improving quality of higher vocational classroom teaching.
