摘  要:中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根和魂,其蕴含的思想观念、人文精神、道德规范,具有非常丰富的工匠精神教育资源。高职院校在学生工匠精神的培育中,应充分挖掘中华优秀传统文化中富含的工匠精神元素,将中华优秀传统文化传承与学生工匠精神培育有机融合起来,从做好顶层设计、精选教育内容、拓展教学渠道、培养优秀师资等多途径加强学生工匠精神的培育。The excellent Chinese traditional culture is the root and soul of the Chinese nation,which contains ideological concepts,humanistic spirit,and moral norms and has very rich educational resources for craftsmanship spirit.In the cultivation of students’craftsmanship spirit,high vocational colleges should fully tap into the elements of craftsmanship spirit rich in excellent traditional Chinese culture,organically integrate the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture with the cultivation of students’craftsmanship spirit,and strengthen the cultivation of students'craftsmanship spirit through multiple channels such as doing top-level design,selecting educational content,expanding teaching channels and cultivating excellent teachers.
