摘  要:我国高等教育已进入普及化发展阶段,高职院校生源结构多样化,学生需求个性化,单一的人才培养模式已经无法满足新时代人才培养的需要。多元智力理论强调可塑式人才培养、情境式实践、差异式教学以及发展式评价,能够为构建高职个性化人才培养模式提供有效指引。其实施路径为:遵循“有教无类”的教育理念强化基于多元智力学生观的育人理念;本着“因材施教”的原则开展基于多元智力教学观的分层教学活动;以“多元全程”模式实行基于多元智力评价观的学习效果评价。China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization.The students in higher vocational institutes are from diversified sources,and their needs are characteristic of personalization,so the single talent training mode will no longer meet the need in talent training in the new era.The multiple-intelligence theory emphasizes the cultivation of plastic talents,situational practice,differential teaching and developmental evaluation,which can provide effective guidance for the construction of personalized talent training mode in higher vocational institutes.The implementation path is as follows:strengthening the concept of education based on the concept of students with multiple-intelligence by following the educational idea of“teach without discrimination”;carrying out layered teaching activities based on the multiple-intelligence teaching concept committed to the principle of“teaching students according to their aptitude”;implementing the learning effects evaluation based on the multiple-intelligence evaluation concept by adopting the“multiple whole-process”mode.
