高校非学历教育视域下的继续护理学教育发展研究

摘　　要：高校非学历教育视域下的继续护理学教育发展的研究,可以促进教育体系内以“终身学习”为导向的两种教育形式实现有机的整合、优化和升级。高校开展继续护理学教育时,需要围绕办学定位、办学模式、课程体系和教学模式等4个方面来研究适应自身特点的新时期护理人才培养模式;同时高校也要紧密依托政府、行业和医院等多方办学主体,通过建立协同育人机制,加强教学资源建设、构建人才评价体系和搭建学分互认通道等措施来建立护理人才培养的支撑体系。从目前来看,高校要以“两个需求”为目标,牢固树立服务“国家战略需求、经济社会发展、人的全面发展”三大原则,科学、全面、深入开展继续护理学教育,以此加速护理领域急需人才的培养,推进高校继续教育提质增效,最终实现各自教育价值的提升。The research on the development of continuing nursing education from the perspective of non-academic education in colleges and universities can promote the organic integration,optimization,and upgrading of the two education forms oriented to“lifelong learning”within the education system.When carrying out continuing nursing education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to study the new era nursing talent cultivation model which adapts to its own characteristics from four aspects:school orientation,school mode,curriculum system,and teaching mode;at the same time,colleges and universities should closely rely on the government,industry and hospitals to establish a supporting system for nursing professionals training by establishing a collaborative education mechanism,strengthening the construction of teaching resources,building a talent evaluation system,and building a mutual recognition channel for credits.At present,colleges and universities must take“two needs”as the goal,firmly establish the three principles of serving national strategic needs,serving economic and social development,and serving the all-round development of people,and carry out continuing nursing education scientifically,comprehensively and deeply,accelerate the cultivation of urgently needed talents in nursing,promote the quality and efficiency of continuing education in colleges and universities,and finally realize the promotion of their respective educational values.
