摘　　要：教育评价是对教育活动的事实描述与价值判断,作为当代教育评价思想的代表之一,教育鉴赏评价思想以其艺术性批评的理念独树一帜。通过对艾斯纳鉴赏评价思想的简述,从理论和实践两个层面对于我国职业教育“实岗育人”应用鉴赏评价进行了思考和构想,对于解决我国职业教育“实岗育人”中存在的浅表化和静态化的教育评价问题,具有一定的启示意义。Educational evaluation involves factual description and value judgment of educational activities.As one of the representatives of contemporary educational evaluation thoughts,the educational connoisseurship evaluation thought is unique due to its artistic criticism.Through a brief description of Eisner's connoisseurship and criticism approach,this paper provides reflections and ideas on the application of connoisseurship evaluation in“on-the-job education”of China's vocational education from both theoretical and practical perspectives.It has certain enlightening significance for addressing the superficial and static aspects of educational evaluation in“on-the-job education”of China's vocational education.
