摘 要:师范生劳动教育是我国教师队伍职前培养及高等院校“五育并举”育人的核心构成.师范生劳动教育以马克思主义劳动观为逻辑起点,以劳动能力、劳动精神、劳动观念、劳动习惯与品质为劳育核心.深度理解师范生劳动教育,应从打牢劳育综合育人的功能、激活教师队伍改革的动力源、顺应师范生个人成长的内在诉求上正确探析其价值意蕴;力求整合多方资源和力量,探索出一条畅通劳动教育养成课程主渠道、创设劳育躬行校园体验场、搭建劳育践履实习主平台、打造劳动素养培育资源“微生态”四位协同的师范生劳动教育实践路径.The labor education of normal students is the core component of the pre-service training of teachers and the“five educations simultaneously”education in colleges and universities.The labor education of normal students takes Marxist labor view as the logical starting point and labor ability,labor spirit,labor concept,labor habits and quality as the core of labor education.To deeply understand the labor education of normal students,we should correctly analyze its value implication from the aspects of strengthening the function of comprehensive education through labor and education,activating the power source of teacher team reform and conforming to the internal demands of normal students’personal growth;Strive to integrate various resources and strengths,and explore a four-coordinated labor education practice path for normal students,namely,unblocking the main channels of developing labor education courses,creating a campus experience field for labor education,building a main platform for labor education practice,and creating a“cro-ecology”of labor literacy cultivation resources.
