摘  要:食品安全是食品行业发展的前提,贯穿整个产业链,关乎国计民生。食品从业人员,特别是具有较高理论水平和实践知识的食品专业学生,肩负未来食品行业安全的重任,其思想政治素质尤为重要。为此,以三聚氰胺为例,将“乳品科学与技术”课程内容与思政元素结合,将知识传授与价值引领结合,强调全面育人逐步完善“全方位育人”的课程教育,引导学生将获得的专业知识、技能转化为职业素养和内在修养,实现“全方位育人”目标。Food safety is a prerequisite for the development of the food industry,which runs through the whole industrial chain and is related to people's livelihood.Food practitioners,especially food students with high theoretical and practical knowledge,are responsible for the safety of the future food industry,and their ideological and political quality is particularly important.Taking"melamine"as an example,combine"Dairy Science and Technology"course content with ideological and political elements,and combine knowledge transfer with value leadership,emphasizing comprehensive education to gradually improve"all-round education",guiding students to transform their professional knowledge and skills into professionalism and inner cultivation,and realizing the goal of"all-round education".
