摘 要:课程思政是高校落实立德树人的根本举措,将思政元素融入课程教学是培养新时代中国建设者和接班人的必然要求。随着新冠肺炎感染等公共卫生事件的发生,公众营养健康意识持续加强、需求更加多样化,为树立大食物观、顺应人民群众食物结构变化趋势,有必要将课程思政元素融入“食品营养学”教学中。课程在长期的教学实践中,通过线上线下混合式教学结合,形成“学以致用、热情思辨、求真创新”一体化创新教学模式(简称LEARN创新教学理念)。该模式坚持以学生全面发展为中心,深入挖掘“食品营养学”课程思政元素与课程教学有机结合点,探索“大食物观”下食品科学专业的思政教育新路径新方式,引领终身学习新风尚,打造稳稳托起百姓“舌尖幸福”的“食品营养学”思政课程。Integrating ideological and political education elements into course teaching is an essential measure for universities to cultivate students'moral character and to train successors for the construction of a new era in China.After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic,public awareness of nutrition and health continues to strengthen,and demands become more diversified.To establish the concept of a"Great Food View"and to adapt to the trend of changes in the food structure of the people,it is necessary to integrate ideological and political education elements into the teaching of"Food and Nutrition".Through long-term teaching practice and a combination of online and offine teaching methods,this course has developed an integrated innovative teaching model called LEARN(Learning to Apply,Enthusiasm to Reflect,Aspire to Innovate)teaching concept.This model adheres to the principle of placing students'comprehensive development at the center,deeply exploring the organic combination of ideological and political education elements in the"Food and Nutrition"course,and exploring new paths and methods of ideological and political education in the field of food science under the"Great Food View".It leads the new trend of lifelong learning,and creates the Food and Nutrition"ideological and political course that supports people's happiness with a stable tongue.It promotes students to achieve a true understanding of food and nutrition.
