中医内科学课堂在线教学的应用

摘　　要：目的探索适合中医内科学课堂的在线教学模式。方法设计在线教学流程,在教学中总结经验,从学生学习状态和教学效果方面进行改进,结合授课形式的学习效果、课堂答疑的时间、随堂测验和课后作业的难易程度及题量方面的问卷调查结果,初步制定在线教学模式,以在线教学与线下教学的学生成绩为对比,探究在线教学的教学效果。结果初步建立了直播授课+微信答疑的在线教学模式,以该模式进行中医内科学课堂教学。统计结果提示在线教学模式的学生期末考试及形成性评价成绩不劣于线下授课模式(P>0.05)。结论直播授课+微信答疑结合原有形成性评价中多点反馈机制的新教学模式,可以在中医内科学在线教学中推广。Objective To explore an online teaching model suitable for the classroom teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chi-nese medicine.Methods To design the online teaching process,sum up the experience in teaching,and improve the students’learn-ing state and teaching effect,according to the results of the questionnaire survey on the learning effect of the teaching form,the time of answering questions in class,the difficulty of the quizzes and homework,and the quantity of questions,the online teaching mode is ini-tially formulated,this paper explored the teaching effect of online teaching by comparing the results of students in online and offline teaching.Results The online teaching mode of direct-broadcast teaching and answering questions on WeChat was initially estab-lished,and the online teaching mode was used in the classroom teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,the re-sults showed that the students’final examination and formative evaluation of online teaching mode were not inferior to offline teaching mode(P>0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode of direct-broadcast teaching and answering questions on WeChat combined with multi-point feedback mechanism in original formative evaluation can be popularized in online teaching of internal medicine of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
