课程思政背景下食品化学课程教学模式改革研究——以海南大学为例

摘　　要：课程思政背景下,实现专业课程与思想政治理论课程的有效融合是新时代下教育改革的必然趋势,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。食品化学课程是高校食品科学与工程专业的基础课、必修课。为实现食品类专业立德树人的教育目标,高校必须充分地深入挖掘食品化学课程中蕴含地丰富思政元素,将之与思想政治理论课深度融合,重构课程思政下的食品化学课程教学模式。以海南大学为例,在阐述课程思政背景下重构食品化学课程教学模式的重要性,从加强食品化学课程思政教师队伍建设、深入挖掘化学课程中蕴含的思政元素、创新食品化学课程教学方法以及完善食品化学课程思政考核评价方法等方面提出了重构食品化学课程教学模式的具体路径,最后对课程思政背景下食品化学课程教学模式改革的成效进行总结和反思,以期可以为高校食品化学课程教学模式改革与应用提供合理建议。Under the background of curriculum ideology and politics,realizing the effective integration of professional courses and ideological and political theory courses is not only the inevitable trend of educational reform in the new era,but also the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Food Chemistry is a basic and compulsory course for Food Science and Engineering majors in colleges and universities.In order to achieve the educational goal of establishing morality and cultivating people in Food specialty,colleges and universities must fully and deeply excavate the rich elements of thinking and politics contained in the course of Food Chemistry,integrate it deeply with the course of ideological and political theory,and reconstruct the teaching mode of Food Chemistry course under the course thought and politics.Taking Hainan University as an example,the importance of reconstructing the teaching model of Food Chemistry course under the background of curriculum ideology and politics was expounded.From the aspects of strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers in Food Chemistry course,deeply excavating the ideological and political elements contained in Food Chemistry course,innovating the teaching method of Food Chemistry course and perfecting the method of ideological and political examination and evaluation of Food Chemistry course,the concrete path of reconstructing the teaching mode of Food Chemistry course was put forward.Finally,the effectiveness of the reform on Food Chemistry teaching mode under the background of curriculum ideology and politics was summarized and reflected,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the reform and application of Food Chemistry teaching mode in colleges and universities.
