新时代高校服务全民终身学习体系构建及评价研究——以顺德职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：建设全民终身学习的学习型社会是党在新的发展背景下提出的新的战略任务。高校作为教育事业发展的龙头,要发挥好在全民终身学习建设中的重要作用。顺德职业技术学院通过提高高校服务全民终身学习服务重点人群的能力、丰富高校服务全民终身学习教育内容和形式、丰富高校服务全民终身学习教育内涵等途径,努力构建覆盖全龄的全民终身学习体系。积极开展“探索开展高校服务全民终身学习评价”试点,探索设定由5个评价维度、7个评价目标、9个量化考核指标构建的3级高校服务全民终身学习动态考核评价体系。以期通过构建“需求导向”的评价目标、构建覆盖全龄的全民终身学习体系和构建“灵活多元”的评价内容等,探索高校服务全民终身学习评价体系纵深发展,推动高校建立起服务全民的终身学习体系。The construction of a learning-oriented society with lifelong learning for all citizens is a new strategic task put forward by the Communist Party of China in the new development context.Playing a leading role in the educational development,colleges are expected to contribute immensely in the construction of lifelong learning for all citizens.Shunde Polytechnic endeavors to build a lifelong learning system for all ages by improving the serving ability,and enriching the contents,forms and connotations of lifelong learning.It is actively exploring the pilot project of"Evaluation of Colleges'Services for Lifelong Learning for All Citizens",and establishing a three-level dynamic assessment and evaluation system with five dimensions,seven objectives and nine quantitative indicators.In order to explore the in-depth development of the colleges'service evaluation system of lifelong learning for all citizens and promote the establishment of a lifelong learning system with"demand-oriented"evaluation objectives,"flexible and diversified"contents and covering all ages.
