摘  要:“提高教师质量”被国际社会公认为教育质量提高的重要内容和核心路径,世界各国纷纷采取了相关战略措施以加强教师队伍建设。近年来世界各国的教师教育发展呈现出如下趋势:以重新塑造教师职业作为提升教师职业的战略目标;将提升教师质量作为教师教育的核心目标;将吸引最优秀人才从教作为重塑教师职业的重要战略路径;将培养高水平STEM教师作为提升国家未来竞争力的战略方向;将制定与完善教师专业标准体系作为促进教师专业化、提高教师专业素养的重要措施;将提高教师的数字素养作为各国教育数字化战略行动计划的重要内容;将关注校长专业发展、促进校长领导力提升作为推动学校发展、提高教育质量的重要战略;建设高素质幼儿保育与教育队伍并构建完善的学前教育质量保证体系。Enhancing teacher quality is internationally recognized as a pivotal component and core pathway for improving the quality of education.Countries worldwide have implemented various strategic measures to strengthen their teaching workforce.This article,through an examination of recent documents released by major countries and international organizations,explores the key trends in teacher education abroad.These trends encompass rebuilding the teaching profession as a strategic objective to improve the teaching profession,making the enhancement of teacher quality a central goal in teacher education,recruiting top talent into teaching as a crucial strategy,fostering high-level STEM teachers as a strategic direction to enhance a nation’s future competitiveness,establishing and improving a system of professional teacher standards as a vital measure for promoting teacher professionalism and elevating their professional competence,enhancing teachers’digital literacy as a significant component of national educational digitalization strategies,Focusing on the professional development of principals and promoting the improvement of principals’leadership for promoting school development and improving educational quality;Cultivating a high-quality early childhood education teaching workforce and establishing a comprehensive quality assurance system for preschool education.
