摘 要:人工智能课程教师教学能力是人工智能教育质量的重要抓手,如何构建人工智能课程教师教学能力提升机制,需进行较为充分的研究。使用问卷调查和半结构化访谈相结合的方法,研究某省会城市部分中小学人工智能课程教师TPACK能力现状、差异及影响因素。研究发现该市中小学人工智能课程教师TPACK能力整体处于不足水平,各因子发展不均衡,复合因子对教师TPACK能力发展更具推动作用,人工智能课程试点学校教师TPACK能力更高。基于研究的数据分析和成因探讨,借鉴相关理论和相似实践领域的有益经验,建议从以下四个方面来提升人工智能课程教师TPACK能力:统筹多渠道资源加快建设人工智能教育教学环境;组建区域协作式人工智能课程教、学、研实践共同体;完善学校激励机制,激发教师专业发展的内驱力;实施基于TPACK框架的混合式精准培训。The teaching ability of teachers in artificial intelligence courses is an important pillar for the quality of artificial intelligence education,and hence how to construct a mechanism to improve the teaching ability of artificial intelligence courses needs to be studied more fully.This paper employs questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview to study the current situation,differences and influencing factors of TPACK ability of artificial intelligence teachers in primary and secondary schools in a provincial capital city.The study found that the TPACK ability of primary and secondary school teachers in the city is at a inadequate level,and the development of each factor is not balanced.The composite factor has a more promoting effect on the development of teachers’TPACK ability.The TPACK ability of teachers in the pilot schools of artificial intelligence courses is higher.Therefore,based on the data analysis and cause exploration of the study,and drawing on relevant theories and useful experiences in similar practice areas,this paper proposes to improve the TPACK ability of teachers in artificial intelligence course from the following four aspects:coordinating multi-channel resources to accelerate the construction of artificial intelligence education and teaching environments;forming a regional collaborative artificial intelligence course teaching,learning,and researching community of practice;and perfecting the school’s incentive mechanism to stimulate the internal drive of teachers’professional development;implementing blended precision training based on the TPACK framework.
