摘　　要：目前食品类专业实践教学面临新的挑战和机遇,为提高现代学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,需要探索创新的教学模式和教学方法。该文提出了食品类专业实践教学体系化微课的创新路径,以期为相关教学提供参考。At present,the practice teaching of food specialty faces new challenges and opportunities.In order to improve the practical ability and employment competitiveness of modern students,it is necessary to explore innovative teaching models and teaching methods.This paper puts forward the innovative path of systematic micro-class in practice teaching of food specialty,in order to provide reference for related teaching.
