摘　　要：在线开放课程以现代化信息技术为支撑,通过互联网平台融合知识、技能等信息化素材。分析传统教学方法中存在问题,梳理在线开放课程在教学中的特色及优点,归纳在线开放课程在教学中的作用,提出在线开放课程可以适应食品类课程课前、课中、课后学生个性化学习,有效培养和提升学生的自主学习、解决问题及创新思维等综合能力。在线开放课程能更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,改进学生学习习惯,解决学生学习过程中遇到的问题,提高学习效果,推动教育教学的改革与发展。Supported by modern information technology,open online courses integrate information materials such as knowledge and skills through the Internet platform.Analyze the problems existing in traditional teaching methods,sort out the characteristics and advantages of open online courses in teaching,summarize the role of open online courses in teaching,and put forward that open online courses can adapt to the personalized learning of students before,during and after class,and effectively cultivate and improve students’comprehensive abilities such as independent learning,problem solving and innovative thinking.Open online courses can better stimulate students’interest in learning,improve students’learning habits,solve the problems encountered in the process of learning,improve the learning effect,and promote the reform and development of education and teaching.
