摘　　要：为探索涂膜保鲜技术在水产品贮藏中的应用,深入了解了涂膜保鲜技术的种类及研究进展。通过分析不同的涂膜材料对水产品品质的影响,提出了涂膜技术贮藏保鲜水产品的发展趋势和建议。同时,也总结了涂膜材料同其他技术相结合的保鲜技术应用于水产品保鲜的研究进展,为未来涂膜的发展方向提出建议。In order to explore the application of biotechnology in aquatic product preservation,the types and research progress of film preservation technology were deeply understood.By analyzing the influence of different coating materials on the quality of aquatic products,the development trend and suggestions of film coating technology storage and preservation aquatic products are proposed.At the same time,it also summarized the research progress of preservation technology combining film materials and other technologies in the preservation of aquatic products,and put forward some of its own views for the future development direction of coating films.
