摘  要:该研究采用Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术对3份人工窖泥样品的微生物菌群多样性进行解析,并对优势菌属间的相关性进行分析。结果表明,人工窖泥中微生物组成丰富,优势细菌属(平均相对丰度>1%)为魏斯氏菌属(Weissella)、真杆菌属(Eubacterium)、新斯氏菌属(Neoscardovia)、片球菌属(Pediococcus)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、Caproicibacter、高温放线菌属(Thermoactinomyces)、棒状杆菌属(Corynebacterium)、真丝菌属(Planifilum)、狭义梭菌属(Clostridium sensu stricto)、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)和联合乳杆菌属(Ligilactobacillus);优势真菌属(平均相对丰度>1%)为耐干霉菌属(Xeromyces)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、节担菌属(Wallemia)、Trichomonascus、根霉属(Rhizopus)和毕赤酵母属(Pichia)。其中,Planifilum与Bacillus和Ligilactobacillus与Enterococcus的协同效应对人工窖泥品质有正向调节作用,而Aspergillus与Enterococcus、Thermoactinomyces及Pichia与Weissella之间存在显著的拮抗或竞争关系(P<0.05)。The microbial flora diversity of three samples of artificial pit mud was analyzed by Illumina Mi Seq high-throughput sequencing technology,and the correlation between dominant microbial genera was analyzed.The results showed that the microbial composition was abundant in artificial pit mud,the dominant bacterial genera(the average relative abundance>1%) were Weissella,Eubacterium,Neoscardovia,Pediococcus,Bacillus,Caproicibacter,Thermoactinomyces,Corynebacterium,Planifilum,Clostridium sensu stricto,Enterococcus,Streptomyces and Ligilactobacillus,and the dominant fungal genera(the average relative abundance>1%) were Xeromyces,Aspergillus,Wallemia,Trichomonascus,Rhizopus and Pichia.Among them,the synergistic effect between Planifolium and Bacillus,as well as Ligilactobacillus and Enterococcus,had a positive regulatory effect on the quality of artificial pit mud,while Aspergillus had a significant antagonistic or competitive relations with Enterococcus,Thermoactinomyces,and Pichia with Weissella(P<0.05).
