摘　　要：“发酵工程学”是生物工程专业人才培养的一门核心课程,传统的教学模式对学生自主学习能力的提高、实践能力的增强和创新意识的培养作用有限。本文基于OBE理念,构建了集“三位一体”课程目标、模块化教学内容、混合式教学模式和多元化教学评价为一体的教学体系,并从教学过程和评价方法的设计出发,探讨了混合教学在“发酵工程学”教学中的应用模式和实践过程,旨在提升教学质量,赋能专业人才培养。“Fermentation Engineering”is a core course for the cultivation of bioengineering professionals.The traditional teaching mode has limited effect on the improvement of students′autonomous learning ability,practical ability and innovative consciousness.Based on the OBE concept,this paper constructs a teaching system that integrates the“trinity”course objectives,modular teaching content,blended teaching model and diversified teaching evaluation.Based on the design of teaching process and evaluation method,we discuss the application mode and practice process of blended teaching in“Fermentation Engineering”teaching,aiming to improve teaching quality and professional personnel training level.
