高职小学教育专业学生教师职业技能培养策略研究

摘　　要：在高职小学教育专业学生教师职业技能培养中,教师需要通过多种方法的综合应用,不断提升学生的职业素养和专业技能,挖掘学生的教育教学潜力,实现教育教学工作的有效开展。文章阐述教师职业技能培养的重要性和必要性,提出高职小学教育专业学生教师职业技能培养的策略:优化人才培养方案,改革课程体系;强化学生教师职业技能培养理论与实践的结合;加强学生教师职业心理机制建设及教师职业压力缓解;加强学生的师德师风建设。In the cultivation of vocational skills for primary school education students in vocational colleges,it is necessary to comprehensively apply various methods to continuously improve the professional literacy and skills of teachers,stimulate and tap into their educational and teaching potential,and achieve effective implementation of educational and teaching work.The article elaborates on the importance and necessity of cultivating teachers'professional skills,and proposes strategies for cultivating teachers'professional skills for vocational and primary school education students:optimizing talent training programs,reforming the education curriculum system;strengthen the combination of theory and practice in cultivating students'and teachers'professional skills;strengthen the construction of students'and teachers'professional psychological mechanisms and alleviate teachers'professional pressure;strengthen the construction of students'professional ethics and conduct.
