摘  要:目的 探讨模拟联合同伴教学在高职护生“老年护理学”实训教学中的应用效果。方法 抽签法从2021级护生中整群抽取2个班80人为研究对象,在老年护理学实训教学中开展模拟结合同伴教学模式。实训教学前后应用临床模拟学习沉浸感量表和老年护理能力量表对高职护生进行测评。结果 实训教学后,高职护生的临床模拟学习沉浸感和护生老年护理能力均高于实训教学前(均P<0.01)。结论 模拟结合同伴教学应用于“老年护理学”实训教学,可提升高职护生临床模拟学习沉浸感和老年护理能力,值得推广。Objective To improve the quality of practical teaching of Geriatric Nursing for nursing students in higher vocational college.Methods 80 nursing students from two classes in 2021 nursing were selected and were taught with simulation-based and peer-assisted teaching mode in practical teaching of Geriatric Nursing.All participants were assessed with Learning Immersion Scale in Clinical Simulation(LISS)and Gerontological Nursing Competence Scale(GeroNursingCom)before and after the practice teaching.Results The total scores of LISS and GeroNursingCom were higher than before(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of simulation-based and peer-assisted teaching mode in practical teaching of Geriatric Nursing is practical and can improve nursing students'learning immersion in clinical simulation and gerontological nursing competence.
