摘 要:目的探索讲授式教学结合工作坊在耳鼻咽喉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)骨干师资培训中的应用效果。方法以参加2021年广东省耳鼻咽喉科住培骨干师资培训班的41位学员为研究对象。采用自身对照研究方法,选取规范教学查房和Mini-CEX评估2个教学内容,实施讲授式教学结合工作坊的教学方式。课程结束后,发放有关课程内容及授课满意度的调查问卷。结果通过讲授式教学结合工作坊的形式,带教师资可以切实掌握教学查房和Mini-CEX评估的内容及技巧。带教师资对新教学模式的满意度较高。结论在耳鼻咽喉科住培骨干师资培训课程中,采用讲授式教学结合工作坊的教学方式,能够获得更好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of lecture-based learning combined with workshops in the training of standardized backbone teachers in otolaryngology department.Methods A total of 41 students who participated in the 2021 Resident Companion backbone teacher training course of the Department of Otolaryngology in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects.The self-controlled study method was used.Two teaching contents of standardized teaching rounds and Mini-CEX were designed,and the teaching method of lecture-based learning combined with workshops was implemented.At the end of the course,a questionnaire was issued on the course content and satisfaction with the teaching.Results Through the form of lecture-based learning combined with workshops,students could master the content and skills of teaching rounds and clinical exercise evaluation.Students'satisfaction with the new teaching model was good and their interest was high.Conclusion In the training course of resident backbone teachers in otorhinolaryngology department,the lecture-based learning and workshop teaching model can achieve better teaching effect.
