摘  要:创新是民族发展的动力源泉,因此提升自动化专业教师创新创业职业素养,对于高职自动化专业学生的创新创业能力的提升至关重要。针对高职自动化专业教师的创新创业职业素养培养中面临的问题,要采取相应的措施来提升自动化专业教师创新创业教学能力,具体包括制定长期有效的创新创业教育规划、建立高职自动化专业教师的创新创业教育培训体系和完善的专业教师创新创业教育考评机制等。只有多管齐下,才能从整体上提高高职自动化专业创新创业教学水平,进而提升高职自动化专业教师的创新创业职业素养。Innovation is the driving force behind national development.Therefore,enhancing the professional competence of automation teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship is crucial for enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of vocational automation students.In response to the problems faced in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship professional competence for vocational automation teachers,corresponding measures should be taken to enhance the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship for automation teachers,including formulating long-term and effective innovation and entrepreneurship education plans,establishing an innovation and entrepreneurship education training system for vocational automation teachers,and improving the evaluation mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education for professional teachers.Only by taking multiple measures can we improve the overall level of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in higher vocational automation majors,and thereby enhance the professional competence of higher vocational automation teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship.
